Kass ships all it's products within 48 hours (on working days) and for non-working days or public holidays, the shipment may take up to 4 days.
You can order kass products straight from our website www.kasscare.com. You can also place orders from our marketplace partners - Amazon and Myntra.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund or full store credit. If cancelled after 24 hours but before shipping, a small processing fee is deducted. Once an order is shipped, refunds are issued after deducting processing, shipping, and RTO charges. Refunds reflect within 7 to 10 business days, while store credit is faster and valid for lifetime use.
All Kass products are tested for allergens and are safe for use. However, we always advise our users to do a patch test before full-fledged use.
