We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help make the refund process as smooth as possible.

1. If You Cancel Within 12 Hours

If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, you’re eligible for a full refund. You can choose one of the following options:

  • An instant store credit for the full amount, which you can use anytime on our website. Or,

  • A full refund to your original payment method (reflected within 7–10 business days).

2. If You Cancel After 12 Hours

If more than 12 hours have passed and your order hasn't shipped yet, we can still issue a refund. However, a fraction of the processing charge will be deducted (these are charges we incur from our partners).

You can receive the remaining amount as:

  • An instant store credit to use for your upcoming purchases, or

  • A refund to your original payment method.

3. If the Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, the refund will be processed after deducting the following:

  • Initial processing charges

  • Shipping fees

  • Return to Origin (RTO) charges, if applicable

  • Either the above charges or 25% of the order value—whichever is higher

The deducted amount will be added to your account as store credit, and you’ll have the option to receive the remaining balance either as:

  • A partial refund to your original payment method, or
  • A full refund instantly in the form of store credit.


Additional Notes

  • Refunds to your original source of payment usually reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Store credit is processed faster and can be used for any future purchase and is valid for a lifetime.

  • If your order has been delivered and you’re facing an issue with the product, please refer to our Returns Policy.
